MENTE SIMBIÓTICA
-SYMBIOTIC MIND-
In 2024, we founded Mente Simbiótica, a cultural association that promotes ecological awareness and integral health through culture and education.
Our mission is to understand how we relate to ourselves and to the beings, both human and non-human, that surround us, so we can work together toward healing and shared harmony.
The change we need as a society and ecosystem requires a radical transformation, starting from within. When we feel balance in all our dimensions (body, mind, emotions, sexuality, relationships), we regain free will, which gives us the necessary distance to move beyond reactivity and choose responsibly how we want to inhabit ourselves, both internally and externally.
Under these objectives, we offer activities, talks, courses, and events.
Our headquarters are in Huesca and the natural space of Fuendumper in Angüés (Aragón, Spain).
Join the symbiotic revolution with us!

I have always felt a great curiosity about human potential. Throughout my career, along with my own personal learnings developed in parallel,
I have encountered resources for both intrapersonal and transpersonal development. This has allowed me to create a blend of different tools that support people, both in 1:1 formats and group encounters.
As a contribution to the Mente Simbiótica project, I bring various proposals for self-knowledge and connection with oneself, initiatives to explore the inherent creative nature in every person, with the external nature as the teacher; spaces for connection with others where we can remember the value of community and tribe.
A summarized quote I take from the spaces I create is:
"In times when the fast pace prevails, spaces of tenderness and pause are a revolution

Bachelor's Degree in Biology
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Sexual and Emotional Education Instructor
Master's Degree in Sexology: Education and Sexual Counseling
My name is Minerva, I am a resident of Huesca and a sexologist at As Loiras Sexología. My passion for nature led me to study a degree in biology, and my desire to care for and support others drove me to earn a nursing degree and later pursue sexology through the Sexual and Emotional Education Instructor courses at Instituto Sôma and the Master’s in Education and Sexual Counseling at InCiSex.
Today, I aim to help everyone live their sexuality, desires, relationships, or pleasures in a more kind, enjoyable, and satisfying way through sexual education and sexological support.
Having the opportunity to develop part of my work at Mente Simbiótica is an exceptional opportunity. There is no doubt that nature is an incredible teacher that invites us to stop, listen to ourselves, sense, embrace slowness, and appreciate the beauty that resides in each being, each landscape, each body, and each moment. Exploring ourselves surrounded by the flora of the Fuendumper area helps us connect from a place of calm and presence, paying attention to our senses and desires. It offers us the chance to pause and give our eroticism the time and space it deserves and needs.
I hope to meet you in the workshops I offer in this space, with the hope that we all move towards more harmonious experiences and relationships with ourselves, those who accompany us, and nature.

I am a person with a naturalistic spirit. This is reflected in both my education and my attitude towards the world. In recent years, I have primarily worked in both formal and informal environmental education. Curiosity has been the driving force that has made me passionate about plants, animals, and the natural environment since I was a child, and I find great pleasure in sharing this knowledge, always surrounding it with a magical aura. I connect popular wisdom and traditional symbolism through tales, myths, proverbs, and stories.
At Mente Simbiótica, my aim is to combine scientific and rational education with collective imagination and play, in order to inspire and help people connect with the environment, love it, care for it, and protect it.

My love for nature has been present since I can remember. The destruction of landscapes, animals, and rivers has always caused me great pain and frustration, which led me to decide one day to dedicate my life to seeking solutions and creating new links that connect people with the planet.
I’ve always believed that the origin of our civilizational crisis is internal fragmentation and disconnection from our roots, ecosystems, and other people. We need new imaginaries of what’s possible, to create scenarios of coexistence and reciprocity, new references.
For me, addressing these issues from the holistic health of individuals is the starting point, the root to work from. Since I see people as holistic beings, I believe it’s important to have different pathways of work.
My proposal for Mente Simbiótica is to generate artistic expression activities that increase curiosity about our non-human family: plants, minerals, animals... through natural colors. Additionally, activities focused on the connection of the body with the environment, from an expressive, pedagogical, and health perspective, integrating techniques from deep ecology, dance, body expression, performance, yoga, and ayurveda.
In 2022, I started the adventure of Symbiotic Colours, researching indigenous colors from the Huesca region. Since then, I’ve held workshops, courses, and talks, as well as founded the Fuendumper space, where you will now be able to enjoy a wide range of cultural and educational offerings.
